Philosophy of Government (Part 2)

- The Constitution does effectively resolve conflicts, the

Constitution was made to resolve conflicts across the nation. –

In my first ‘’Philosophy of Government’’ I wrote about how the government

is necessary because the government sets laws to keep the peace between citizens; and for

equal rights for each citizen. I still believe in that. But this time the essay that I’m wring

about is, ‘’Does our Constitution effectively resolve conflict?’’ I believe the constitution

does resolve conflict. The constitution was written for the United States laws, and for

human rights; which means it was written to solve situations that we are having. Most

people understand the rights the Constitution has set for us and which; other peoples

rights so there would be no conflict between them.So in conclusion, I do believe the

Constitution does resolve coflicts.

What do you think about our school's Constitution and the recent election? I really liked Todd's speech and his performance during the debates at the National Constitution Center. I think he could be a great leader for our school. Unfortunately, the Constitution has specific qualifications student must meet to hold office. If you don't qualify you can't serve. I hope the Student-Teacher Court upholds our School's Constitution.
